Drivers Naib Qasid Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for provision of manpower services including Drivers and Naib Qasid. The procurement covers 3 Drivers and 10 Naib Qasid under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Separate technical and financial bids are required and must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bids must be signed, stamped and accompanied by Income Tax, Sales Tax registration and all required documents. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated bidder value. Electronic bids will be submitted up to 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
