DHQ Hospital (SC) Okara invites bids for framework contracts for Transportation Services, Local Purchase of Medicines, Disposables, SSP Medicines and Supplies, Medical Gases, Laboratory Items and General Items for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will be carried out under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate bids are invited for each category. Bid Security ranges from Rs.60,000 to Rs.220,000 depending upon the lot, while Performance Security shall be 5% of the contract amount. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security valid for 120 days in the shape of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank of Punjab instrument. Bidders shall quote maximum discount from retail price where applicable.
