Completion Balance Work Cadet College Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for completion of balance work at Cadet College Mohmand Mamad Gat under ADP No. 281/251568. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms must possess valid PEC Category C-2 or above registration, C&W enlistment, active FBR and KPRA registration and comply with KPPRA Rules. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS along with uploaded documents, while original call deposit receipts, affidavit, stamp duty and non-refundable bid entry fee shall be submitted before the closing time. Financial bids will be opened only after approval of the technical evaluation. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost along with additional security and detailed rate analysis shall apply where bids are quoted below the prescribed limits. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 90 days and the completion period shall be as per the work order.
