Pcc Roads Streets Sewerage Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multiple development works under ASDI 2025-26 including PCC roads, CC roads, PCC streets, sewerage lines, protection walls, culverts and related civil infrastructure works across Battal, Malkan, Karmang Bala, Lachimang, Hilkot, Jabori, Jabbar, Dhodial, Kulharay, Eid Gah and Chattar under various packages. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Eligible government contractors must possess fresh PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, KPRA registration, active NTN and EPADS registration. Tender forms shall be downloaded from EPADS and submitted electronically while original tender forms, bid securities, additional security where applicable and detailed rate analysis shall be delivered through courier before the closing time. Bid security shall be 2 percent of the Engineer's Estimate with additional security requirements for bids below prescribed limits. Contractors shall submit signed BOQs, SBDs and mandatory supporting documents. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission, remain valid for 180 days and work orders shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
