Maintenance Repair Works Tehsil Khanpur Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of maintenance and repair works at Tehsil Khanpur based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual). Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS for contractors registered with the Local Council Board and KPPRA having valid registration, renewal, CNIC, National Income Tax certificate and enlistment for the current financial year. Sealed bids shall be submitted through registered mail or postal service. Contractors quoting up to 10 percent below the Engineer's Estimate shall provide 2 percent bid security, while additional security and detailed rate analysis shall apply for bids quoted beyond the prescribed limits in accordance with KPPRA notifications. Tender forms and BOQs must be signed and stamped, all applicable taxes shall apply and bids may be decided through free toss in case of a tie.
