Medicines Surgical Disposables Dialysis Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines, surgical disposable items and dialysis items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab e-Procurement System and possess a valid professional tax certificate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and the original CDR or Pay Order must be submitted before bid submission. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the bid opening day. Framework contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
