Miscellaneous Goods Services Repairs Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods and services including hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, other store items, Muharram duty funds, transport repair, machinery repair and furniture repair under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Performance guarantee shall be furnished after award of contract. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
