Providing and fixing almira cabinets with mild steel lockers, wardrobes and paint work. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with relevant codes BC-01, ME-06 and CE-11. Bids shall be submitted through the PPRA E-Tendering System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR issued by the Bank of Punjab is required, while the successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of the evaluation committee and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. An affidavit of non-blacklisting and no litigation on judicial stamp paper worth PKR 100 is mandatory.
