Security Guard Services Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a security company for providing security guard services. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, currently provide at least 1,000 security guards with at least 500 deployed in the public sector verified through EOBI records, possess an average annual turnover of not less than PKR 700 million during the last three years, maintain active registration with FBR and SRB, hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, valid SECP registration, valid registrations with EOBI, SESSI, Chamber of Commerce and APSAA, possess a valid Ministry of Interior or Sindh Home Department NOC and submit an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting, absence of litigation and non-involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices. Bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order is required. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the bid opening day.
