Miscellaneous Items Services Building Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on a framework contract for miscellaneous goods, services and works including hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery items, computer stationery, printing of registers and files, purchase, repair and replacement of transport items, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, miscellaneous store items and maintenance, repair and renovation of Punjab Highway Patrol buildings. Eligible bidders must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, relevant registration authorities, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PEC where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on the bid opening day, while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Original bid security equal to 2% of each lot value and performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value are required. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
