Maintenance Renovation Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of maintenance, renovation and development works including maintenance and renovation of the Department of Physics, maintenance and repair of Official Residence B-11, revamping of shed with chemical treatment at Jamia Abid Mosque, construction of a passage from Ladies and Children Park to the overhead water tank near the Vice Chancellor House, revamping of transformer with solar system and repair and maintenance of Girls Hostel. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active FBR registration and relevant experience. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using e-bidding procedures. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the bid opening day. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required for each work. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
