Procurement and repair of miscellaneous goods, services and works under a framework contract for the current financial year 2026-27 including air coolers, office stationery, printing and publication, ordnance store items, computer stationery, miscellaneous store items, sports items, training aid items, tents and tarpaulins, medicines, transport repair, furniture repair, machinery and equipment repair, hardware and equipment, repair of other buildings, lubricants, store items, beds and boxes, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures and other miscellaneous items. Eligible bidders must have relevant previous experience and be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, Punjab Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council for building works where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be evaluated under the prescribed procedure. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the bid opening day. Bid prices shall be inclusive of GST and PST. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Draft, while the successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids shall not be considered.
