Medicines Surgical Items Laboratory Supplies Framework Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of day-to-day medicines, surgical disposable items, general store items, laboratory chemicals and items, X-ray films and chemicals, stationery items, dental items, printing items and orthopedic commodities for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers and suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities shall participate through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot is mandatory in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Bid validity shall remain 90 days from bid opening. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and Operational Guidelines for Local Purchase of Medicines.
