Anti Riot Security Surveillance Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of anti-riot items and security surveillance equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms and companies must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method using Quality and Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the prescribed form including Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted is required. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement includes anti-riot equipment, public order gear, surveillance systems, security monitoring equipment, law enforcement equipment and security technology.
