Hospital Equipment Maintenance Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair, maintenance and annual maintenance contract services for Pack Cell Machine, Patient Lift, Ventilators, HVAC System and RO System for the Dialysis Department. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms shall submit electronic technical and financial bids. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Financial offers must include all applicable taxes. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders and the procurement committee.
