Framework Contract For Diagnostic Imaging Films Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the second re-tender for procurement of general X-ray films, CT scan films, MRI films, digital X-ray films, fluoroscopy films and dental X-ray films with envelopes for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers registered with e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque shall be submitted before bid opening together with a scanned copy uploaded on the portal. Bid validity is 180 days. Technical and financial proposals shall include both brand names and generic names. Bids will be received on 2026-08-03 at 10:30 AM and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
