Nuclear Medicine Quality Assurance Sources Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the supply of Quality Assurance and Quality Check Sources (QCS) for Nuclear Medicine for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Firms must possess established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee together with two commercial samples of the quoted product shall be submitted before bid closing and scanned copies uploaded with the e-bid. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-05 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procuring agency may cancel the procurement under PPRA Rule 35.
