Framework Contract Miscellaneous Goods Services Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and repair of miscellaneous goods, services and works including hot and cold items, office stationery, printing and publication, ordnance stores, computer stationery, miscellaneous store items, sports items, training aid items, tents and tarpaulins, medicines, transport repairs, furniture repairs, machinery and equipment repairs, hardware, building repairs, lubricants, beds and boxes, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures and other items for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of PKR 58.335 million. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Draft is required. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-06 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
