Framework Contract Medicines Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, social welfare medicines, printing items, laboratory items, general items, radiology items, linen items and biomedical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible bidders include manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers registered as income tax filers with NTN and Sales Tax registration. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in PDF format. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank valid for 120 days must be submitted before bid closing. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-03 at 09:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rules 19 and 35.
