Framework Contract For Miscellaneous Goods Repair And Buildi Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of miscellaneous goods, repair services, miscellaneous items and repair of residential and other buildings for the financial year 2026-2027 with an estimated procurement value of PKR 150 million. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope open competitive bidding using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, authorized agents and distributors registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax and registration authorities. E-bids must be submitted online by 2026-08-03 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 4.50 million in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab shall be submitted separately. Performance guarantee of 3% of contract value is required. Bid validity shall remain until 2027-06-30.
