Xray Films Chemicals Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract on an item-wise basis for the supply of X-ray films and X-ray processing chemicals for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids shall be accepted. The estimated procurement value is PKR 1,500,000. Bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted bid in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by the Bank of Punjab in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Social Security Hospital Block No. 6 Jauharabad, must reach the office before technical bid opening. X-ray films shall be original, new and compatible with conventional/manual X-ray machines. Films shall have at least 75% remaining shelf life or 18 months, whichever is greater. Developer and fixer chemicals shall be of the same manufacturer and suitable for manual film processing. Defective, leaked or expired items shall be replaced without additional cost. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 08:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 09:00 AM. Successful supplier shall comply with all PPRA Rules and the hospital procurement policy.
