Faq Wheat Supply Central Jail Multan Tender Notice
Description
E-Tenders are invited for the supply of 45,000 kilograms of FAQ quality whole wheat, free from dust and foreign impurities, on a jail gate delivery basis for Central Jail Multan during the period from 2026-08-16 to 2026-09-30. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules. Only bidders registered with PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System including flour mills, contractors, firms, companies, wholesalers and suppliers are eligible to participate. The estimated procurement value is PKR 5,000,000 with bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Superintendent Central Jail Multan. Bidders shall also submit four sealed product samples before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder shall execute the contract within seven days and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value under PPRA Rule 56. All laboratory testing charges, transportation costs, taxes and delivery expenses shall be borne by the supplier. Wheat shall be supplied in 50 kg plastic bags bearing the supplier's monogram.
