Framework Contract National Events Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for supply of different items and articles relating to national days and other events together with arrangements, event services and public awareness campaigns for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Electronic quotations shall be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 02:00 PM and technical bids will be opened at 02:30 PM while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers event management, national day celebrations, public awareness campaigns, promotional materials, ceremonial supplies, event services and public event logistics.
