Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and surgical disposable medical devices under Zakat Fund together with pre-qualification and registration of vendors for limited and petty purchases through quotation (LPQ) and day-to-day local purchase through chit system (LPDD) for Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan and Hub and Spoke Model Hospital Zahirpir for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible distributors and pharmacies through e-PADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security shall be submitted in the form specified in the tender documents with original instrument before bid opening and scanned copy uploaded on e-PADS. Bid securities are PKR 100,000 for Zakat Fund procurement, PKR 50,000 for LPDD and PKR 20,000 for LPQ. Bid validity is 180 days. Technical and financial proposals shall include both brand names and generic names. Bids shall be received on 2026-08-03 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
