Annual Rate Contract Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual rate contract for hiring of security services for GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be submitted online. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated amount is mandatory. Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order. Company profile, technical capability, managerial experience and other required documents shall accompany the technical proposal. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-05 at 10:30 AM and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
