General Store Biomedical Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure general store items including general items, linen items, stationery items, X-ray items, biomedical items, CSSD items, chemical items and computer items. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted in original at least 30 minutes before bid opening. The procuring agency may modify quantities or cancel the procurement process due to non-availability of funds. Financial bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 01-08-2026 for Lots 1 to 5 and at 11:00 AM on 03-08-2026 for Lots 6 to 8. Pro Tip: This procurement includes hospital general store supplies, linen, stationery, X-ray materials, biomedical items, CSSD supplies, chemicals and computer items for healthcare operations.
