Supply catering services and printing materials for the conference on a lot-wise basis. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost shall be deposited electronically and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Financial bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
