Description
Procure banking services for establishment of a bank branch at the campus on Build Operate Transfer basis. Bids shall be submitted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. The minimum acceptable monthly rent is PKR 100,000 and lower offers shall be rejected as non-responsive. Financial bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
