Description
Hire consulting firms for third party validation (TPV) of PSDP projects relating to Thar Coal Rail Connectivity with Existing Railway Network including Last Mile Connectivity with Port Qasim. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. A bid security of PKR 1,600,000.00 is required with a bid validity of 60 days. Due to corrigendum, the revised closing date shall apply.
