Lubricant Additives Blending Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure additives for lubricant blending operations under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba Portal. Technical and commercial evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed procurement procedure and commercial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently. Technical bids will be opened from 03:00 PM onwards. Pro Tip: This procurement covers lubricant additives, blending chemicals, industrial additives, petroleum chemicals, lubricant production materials and refinery support products.
