Description
Procure additives for lubricant blending operations under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba Portal. Technical and commercial evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed procurement procedure and commercial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently. Technical bids will be opened from 03:00 PM onwards.
