Supply aviation hoses for Sihala Installation under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba Portal. Commercial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently. Technical bids will be opened from 03:00 PM onwards.
