Process Ink Astar Silk Black Buttons Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of process ink - Astar Silk - black buttons on delivery at jail gate basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Estimated quantities include 400 kilograms of process ink, 10,000 meters of Astar Silk and 1,000 gross black buttons, subject to variation as per departmental requirements. Eligible contractors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and the Punjab e-Procurement System shall submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals together with required documents including CDR, previous three years bank statements, affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper, work orders of the previous three years, identity documents and other required information must be uploaded within the prescribed time. Earnest money of Rs.98,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Technical proposals will be opened on 03rd August 2026 at 11:00 AM and only technically responsive bidders will have their financial proposals opened. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value.
