Lubricant Grease Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of lubricant and grease under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders meeting the prescribed criteria shall participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with the least cost method. Joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of Rs. 418,000 representing 3% of the estimated price of Rs. 13,929,094 is mandatory and the original bid security shall be submitted in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. Technical bids will be opened on 08th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes lubricants, grease, industrial lubricants, automotive lubricants, maintenance lubricants, equipment grease, machinery lubrication products and fleet maintenance supplies under a framework contract.
