Furniture It Equipment Sound Lighting System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture - stage curtains - carpets - general items - IT equipment - studio and electronic equipment - professional sound and lighting system - cinema screen including provision, installation, testing, commissioning and training under the development scheme. Eligible firms and contractors registered with the relevant tax authorities shall submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16th July, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on 31st July, 2026 at 01:30 PM. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting against an estimated procurement cost of Rs. 82,062,000 shall be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank, and the original bid security must be delivered before conclusion of the bid opening session. Bids without the prescribed bid security shall be rejected.
