Stationery Furniture Hardware Software Toners Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery, furniture, hardware, software, toners and miscellaneous store items for a period of one year. The procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using E-PADS. Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and having operational setups in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security of 2500000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and opened at 11:30 AM. The contract may be extended for one additional year subject to satisfactory performance.
