Office Operational Supplies Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering hot and cold items, lubricants, entertainment materials, gifts, conference and seminar arrangements, stationery, computer stationery, printing of registers and files, exhibition services, investigation expenses, dietary items, training aids, tents, tarpaulins, miscellaneous supplies, transport items, machinery and equipment, furniture, hardware, information technology equipment, software renewal, plant and machinery, maintenance, repair and renovation of the regional complex building. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted lot wise with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Technical bids shall be opened on the scheduled date while financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required from the successful bidder. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
