Laboratory Kits Chemicals Bulk Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of laboratory kits and chemicals for Financial Year 2026-2027 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, importers and distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted online with bid security up to 2% of the estimated quoted cost in the prescribed banking instruments. Original bid security shall be submitted before bid opening. Bid validity is 180 days. Technical and financial proposals shall include both brand names and generic names. Hard copies of bids are not required. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laboratory kits, diagnostic kits, laboratory chemicals, reagents, testing materials and scientific consumables for hospital laboratory services.
