Description
Procurement of Tellurium IV Oxide - Photocopier Machine - Visual Inspection Booths - Fire Alarm System - Passenger and Cargo Lift - Fabrication of Waveguide Parts. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure for specified tenders and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for Fire Alarm System and Passenger and Cargo Lift. Sealed bids must be submitted on FOR Islamabad basis by manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is applicable for each tender and must be paid through Bank Draft or Pay Order. Cash payment is not acceptable. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance. Tender validity shall be 60 days from the opening date. Payment shall be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting, late submissions or firms with previous unsatisfactory supply performance shall not be considered. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
