Medicines Surgical Consumables Miscellaneous Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items for day to day, emergency and bulk requirements, dialysis medicines, surgical consumables and miscellaneous items. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate bidding documents shall be submitted for each lot. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque, with the original CDR submitted before the closing time. Technical and financial bids shall be opened on the scheduled date and time. Eligible Income Tax, GST and PST filer registered partnerships, sole proprietors, firms and companies may participate. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration are mandatory. Procurement shall comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, operational guidelines for local purchase of medicines and notified medical device market rates.
