Mobile Rheumatic Heart Screening Unit Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for fabrication, branding and equipping of one mobile rheumatic heart screening unit on an ISUZU NPR71 truck head with 20 feet deck on Delivered Duty Paid basis. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible Punjab e-Procurement registered bidders including joint ventures registered for Sales Tax and listed as Active Income Taxpayers may participate. Electronic bids and electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original affidavit on e-stamp paper shall be submitted before the closing date and time. Technical and financial bids shall be opened electronically on the scheduled date and time.
