Security Surveillance Equipment Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring CCTV cameras, walk through gates and 50 inch LED displays through the Punjab e-Tendering System. Procurement shall be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Eligible contractors, suppliers, service providers and firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax with active taxpayer status may participate. Technical proposals shall include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted cost in favour of the Deputy Commissioner Gujrat. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids shall be rejected.
