Hospital General Store Medical Laboratory Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of hospital general store supplies including stationery, linen, printing materials, dental items, radiology products, laboratory supplies, blood bank consumables, dialysis unit items and biomedical gases for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Evaluation and award shall be made on an item-wise basis. Eligible manufacturers, importers, sole agents and wholesalers registered with the relevant tax authorities may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted estimated cost shall be submitted electronically and bids shall remain valid for 180 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
