Police Operational Supplies Equipment Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of operational supplies including lubricants, stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, sports goods, tents, tarpaulins, beds, boxes, road safety items, general stores, plant and machinery, furniture, computer hardware, information technology equipment, horse feed, transport maintenance, machinery repairs, furniture repairs and building maintenance under an annual framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with the relevant tax authorities may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System together with hard copy bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
