Air Conditioners Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of 1.5 ton inverter air conditioners and 4 ton floor standing cabinet air conditioners including copper piping, drain hose, brackets, wiring, circuit breakers, ducts, complete installation, testing and commissioning. Equivalent brands are acceptable subject to the stated specifications and past performance requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 212,000 equal to 5% of the total estimated price shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes inverter air conditioners, cabinet air conditioners, HVAC systems, cooling equipment, heat and cool units, copper coil air conditioners and complete installation services.
