It Audio Visual Equipment Shams Auditorium Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of display systems including LED and large format displays, audio visual conference and sound reinforcement systems, projection systems, IT networking and surveillance systems including CCTV, and online UPS under turnkey solutions for Shams Auditorium. Eligible sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount in the form of online payment, bank guarantee or CDR shall be submitted. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 03:00 PM and opened at 03:30 PM.
