Hospital Supplies Equipment Repair Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of X-ray films, stationery, biomedical gases, general store items including uniforms, protective clothing, medical waste items, bedding and clothing, electrical items, air conditioning materials, biomedical accessories and instruments, orthopedic and neurosurgery implants and instruments, IT items including photocopy machines and computer accessories, repair of medical and laboratory equipment, repair and maintenance of IT equipment, internet services, repair of vehicles and repair of plant and machinery. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors, general order suppliers and authorized agents registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through E-PADS using Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft shall be uploaded and the original submitted before the closing date. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 180 days.
