Framework Contract For Air Travel And Visa Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for provision of visa services, international air ticketing and domestic air ticketing for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated procurement value of Rs. 50,000,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 equivalent to 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Online bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory.
