Hospital Medicines Medical Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement through framework contracts for day to day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, UHI medicines, dialysis items, X-ray films and radiology accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, reagents and kits, laboratory testing services on reagent rental basis including placement of hematology and chemistry analyzers, miscellaneous general store items, dental items, printing material, stationery items and medical gases. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank is required and the original must also be delivered to the office. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
