Special Repair Residential Quarters Wahdat Colony Tender Notice
Description
Special repair works for residential quarters including Quarter No. F-37, Quarter No. FA-27 FD-06, Quarter No. FN-06 and Quarter No. M-45 D-17 at Wahdat Colony. Procurement is open to contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) under the item rate method. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each work is mandatory in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Cashier's Cheque from any scheduled bank. Conditional bids or bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Estimated costs are Rs. 800,000, Rs. 800,000, Rs. 700,000 and Rs. 950,000 with corresponding earnest money of Rs. 40,000, Rs. 40,000, Rs. 35,000 and Rs. 47,500. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM following submission through ePADS. The completion period for each work is 15 days. Building repair procurement includes residential quarter rehabilitation, civil maintenance works, renovation, structural repairs, government housing maintenance, building restoration and construction repair services carried out through electronic procurement.
